  • Custom commissions

Because many products are custom-made or made-to-order, slight variations in color, texture, layer lines, sizing, and finish may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Inappropriate custom requests

3.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

3.3 Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Custom Orders and Commissions

4.1 Approval Process

Custom orders may require design approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review proofs, mockups, dimensions, and details.

4.2 Customer-Provided Files

By submitting files, logos, artwork, or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
  • The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
  • The content does not violate any laws or regulations.

Extra Life Designs is not responsible for verifying ownership rights.

4.3 Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse any custom project that:

  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains offensive, hateful, or illegal content
  • Is unsafe or impractical to manufacture

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Processing Times

Production and processing times vary depending on order complexity, material availability, and order volume.

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed.

5.2 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events outside our control

5.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D printed products, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

6.2 Non-Custom Products

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original condition
  • The item is returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Refund Approval

Refunds are issued at our discretion after inspection of returned items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Product photos
  • Product descriptions
  • Graphics
  • Website design
  • Digital files
  • 3D models created by Extra Life Designs

is the property of Extra Life Designs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit any content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with Site functionality or security
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use our products in a dangerous or unlawful manner

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Product Safety Disclaimer

Some 3D printed items may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper supervision of children
  • Safe handling and use of products
  • Determining suitability for intended use

Extra Life Designs is not liable for misuse, modification, or improper handling of products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extra Life Designs shall not be liable for:

  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Delays or interruptions in service

Our maximum liability related to any order or claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous Site availability
  • Error-free operation
  • That products will meet every expectation or intended purpose
