Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Extra Life Designs. Because many of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you, please take a moment to review our return and refund policy before placing your order.


1. Custom Orders

All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes:

  • Custom 3D prints
  • Lithophanes
  • Personalized designs
  • Made-to-order items

By placing a custom order, you confirm that all design details, dimensions, and specifications you provide are accurate. Please double-check everything before submitting.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right — no hassle. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and its packaging

We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.


3. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to make changes.


5. Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 3–7 business days.
