Return & Refund Policy – Extra Life Designs

Thank you for shopping with Extra Life Designs. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Custom Orders (Important)
All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
This includes:
- Custom 3D prints
- Lithophanes
- Personalized designs
By placing a custom order, you agree that the design details you provide are correct.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible
3. Non-Custom (Standard) Products
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused
- It is in its original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
